Palitative Care Hospice (PCH) –Institutional based Hospice environments that respond to the needs of patients in the final stages of life. 

In-Patient Rehabilitation (IRF) – Free-standing and HIH In-Patient Rehabilitation Hospital facilities for treatment of patients in the transition from acute care to self-sustained living environments.
